Life Coaching

What's a session like?

A session lasts an hour and it is adapted to the client, based on the progress made so far and what tools we are currently using.

How does it work? 

  1. We start with a temperature check, seeing how you are doing. Then, we move on to the topic or goal of the day and recap items and action points from a previous session. 

  2. The next step is the fun part, the area of opportunity. We explore the areas where you may be struggling or feel stuck: through exercises and gentle questions we work to uncover your potential and the tools needed to succeed! 

  3. We break down the blockage in small and manageable steps, to make it easier for you to succeed and to measure your progress. 

  4. Lastly, we close off the session focusing on the progress achieved so far and on the next steps. To keep you motivated and engaged, we can agree on some tasks to put in place before the next session.


I like to include practical exercises, to help you think creatively, and to challenge you with tasks and prompts. If you are game, we can use tools like tarot cards, drawings, symbolic coaching and more physical exercises to stimulate new ideas and approaches. If you feel like taking some exercises home with you, I can suggest some homework to speed up the thought process or invite reflection.


We can adapt the sessions to your needs and have fun with more creative and out-of-the -box ideas. I am open to your feedback and requests and will do my best to make the sessions fit to your preferences.

What is Life Coaching

Life coaching is a collaborative process, where a trained coach works with you to help you identify and achieve your goals, encourage self-discovery, fosters clarity and to inspire positive change. 


Offering yourself some coaching sessions can be just the ticket to solve that “blockage” in your life that’s blurring your vision or limiting your growth. It can be an invitation to reconsider and reorganize your priorities or it can be the cheering squad you need to take that first step forward! It is, in short, a supportive space for exploration and it allows you to unlock your highest potential. It's about bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, accompanying you on a journey of self-improvement, fulfillment, and success.
